Hello Friends,
It's certainly been a challenging few weeks for all of us. With the COVID-19 pandemic, most of us are feeling quite anxious and stressed. It's times like these where we can really put our yoga into practice. When things become difficult, we can tap into our yogic toolbox as a means to ground back down and find a sense of calm. Most of us are now more or less confined into our homes. Brick and mortar studios everywhere are closed and we have essentially taken our studios "virtually". We have so many digital tools at our disposal to help us stay connected! I can only imagine how isolating it could have felt in the days before the internet if a global pandemic had struck.
I am committed as both a teacher and student to stay connected to the Yogic path to see me through everything that is transpiring. I am looking at the shelter in place less as confinement and more as an opportunity to focus on my own practice as well as to curate content that I can share with all of you! Currently, I'm teaching several Live-stream classes per week via the platforms of the studios I teach for, such as Yogaworks Live. I will keep this live-stream schedule up to date via my Schedule page. I am also excited to share that I am developing an online yoga platform with both pre-recorded content as well as access to my personal live-stream classes. This is a beautifully designed platform by Namastream which caters specifically for yoga teachers and other wellness practitioners. You can find the link to my online yoga portal in the button above or in the Navigation Bar!
Please continue to check back in on my website as I will continue to add new content here and keep you up to date! Thank you all for your continued support. I love you all and can't wait to see you in person! Until then, I hope to catch you digitally.
